Absolutely top notch, professional, and customer service driven!! Overwhelmingly satisfied with the level of service given by both their customer service and maintenance service professionals!! We were passing through Colorado Springs at the start of a two month trip towing our RV, when our truck developed a significant problem and needed immediate attention and repair. Since we were unfamiliar with the area...we reached out to the closest Ram repair shop--Perkins Motors. I was expecting the standard answer of "we're booked for the next three weeks and can't get you in...or we' don't have the parts in stock right now." But when we called in and mentioned our situation and concerns to Tiffany...we received a much different response than expected! She was positive, upbeat, understood our situation, and immediately put us in touch with a service technician (Tyler). After discussing my issue with Tyler, he was very familiar with what was going on. In fact, he said he recently repaired a couple vehicles that were experiencing the exact same problems I was having. After he completed those previous repairs, he said he noticed a trend, thought ahead, and ordered extra parts to have on hand should a different customer have a similar problem. Well, I was that other customer who had the problem, and because of Tylers proactive thinking (well before I arrived), the parts were already on-hand, and Tiffany gladly made room on the schedule to get everything installed that next morning! I've been traveling across the USA for the last 12 years...and I've never experienced that level of professionalism and service...ever! Not only that...but after my initial repairs were complete (in a timely manner I might add)...I experienced a different issue during the drive home. I thought...what are the chances of them being able to take a look at this new problem...given the fact that they already went above and beyond to make my initial repair happen. Well, I called Tiffany back later that day, explained my new problem, and she gladly found a spot in the schedule to have this new issue looked at the very next day--WOW! Upon arrival that next day I spoke with Julian... and he too was just as professional, proactive, and accommodating as Tiffany and Tyler (do you see a pattern with the professional culture at Perkins Motors?). Not only did Julian (and Tyler) address this second issue...but they were also able to complete a recall item that my home repair shop said would take two months before they can get it fixed! That just blew me away. From start to finish...these folks are AWESOME! I left Colorado Springs with a peace of mind knowing my vehicle was in excellent shape for the two month road trip ahead, and I had confidence knowing that all repairs were thoroughly completed. In fact, I'm writing this now from Arizona...after over 1K miles driven...and I've had absolutely no issues. These folks at Perkins Motors know their stuff and are all about taking care of the customer. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone as there is such a positive and professional culture at Perkins Motors. I'm from out of town, but when I'm ready to purchase another Ram...they will be the first ones I call to earn my business! Thanks again guys for a job very well done...keep up the outstanding work!!

Dealer/writer/ tech did an outstanding job repairing this vehicle that was damaged by a chain service center. Communication was excellent and so was the time of repair.
