I'm from Illinois and was in Colorado Springs on vacation. While parked on a street in Old Colorado, someone swiped my Ram Promaster van, knocking off the glass from my driver's side-view mirror. It is impossible to drive the van without that mirror, as you can't see what is in the left lane. The Service Advisor, Jessica, was wonderful. Great listener, great communator. The cost to complete the repairs were expensive, but worth the price. What is a problem is the cost the charge to use a credit card. Please be aware before you arrange service. This practice need to change!!!!!!!!

I purchased a new 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe and on my way home I got a crack in the windshield. I contacted the dealership because I had the glass repair. Honestly If I could give them a 10 star review I would. Stacy got my car in quickly and had the windshield fixed. They also sent a shuttle to pick me up to get my car. I appreciate them not pushing services on me and being extremely friendly. If you’re looking to get a new Jeep I highly recommend.

So, I took my Jeep Wrangler in cause the steering wheel seems to be off - the wheel turns almost 360 when making turns. I told the customer service rep that problem and I used the word alignment also.
When picking up the car, the rep won't give me the before and after sketches of the tire alignments (she said she had to keep that for their record); I pointed out that my receipt said it was attached. She ended up making a black and white copy of the before/after assessment.

Wow. Not sure how all these 4 and 5 start reviews are on here unless the sales people did these. I submitted a question online to get clarity on pricing they posted on their website and suddenly the pricing changed by +$12500 more than was posted for most of the day.. Repaired issue causing check engine light. Good job. Asked them to adjust my headlights after my jeep was lifted. They literally adjusted them so high the lights were shining in the trees. They charged me about $80 to do that. I YouTubed how to adjust headlights. 25 feet from a wall and shining 3 feet high. I had to correct them from shining over 6 feet high. I've purchased two trucks from Perkins and usually take my vehicle to them for service. I scheduled an oil change, fuel filter change, A/C check, and repair of two recalls for my 2022 Ram 2500. They checked the A/C and said it was fine, but the cabin air filter was very dirty and preventing proper air flow. They offered to replace it for $70. WOW WOW WOW. I reached out online and several phone calls and texts later I traded my 2020 RAM 3500 for a 2024 RAM 3500. Every question answered - promptly! I worked with Joe the sales manager, as well. Incredible people who want customers to get what they want and will go above and beyond to make it happen. Such as, meeting me earlier than they open and having 100% of paperwork ready to go. I have owned around 60 vehicles and had some good experiences, but this was amazing and I cannot say enough for doing business with Jacques and Perkins!
